 In 1992 at the age of 22, I moved to the Big Island of Hawaii with the intention of finding a way to live in harmony with the Earth. On my journey toward that goal I met and fell in love with my partner River, who was also on the same path. Together we have created a beautiful family-Koshari (boy-10), Kua (boy-5) and Ela (16 months). We are living on a beautiful piece of land on the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island,and are in the slow process of building a self sustainable organic home and farm. We believe that each person has a duty to protect our precious planet in any way we can, to help restore a natural balance in all our lives. There are many ways this can be achieved- by choosing organic and sustainable products; reducing waste by buying in bulk, re-using and recycling products, choosing cloth diapers over disposable,and reducing our dependence on oil with alternative energy sources,to name a few. We design our products with these things in mind: sustainability, simplicity, comfort, beauty, and well-being. We use the highest quality materials available and are handcrafted with love and integrity.
